Same Day UPS
and Premium Freight shipping of stock parts
on orders placed before 4:00 p.m. EST. Local
delivery available via our trucks. Shipments
will be F.O.B. shipping points unless otherwise
specified.
Prior authorization must
be obtained to return any catalog item. Requests
for return must include customer purchase order
number and the related Cumberland invoice number.
Product being returned must be sent prepaid
and is subject to a restocking charge. Special
order non-catalog product is non-cancelable
and non-returnable.
Claims
for shortages and damages must be made within
seven days of customer receipt
Open
accounts are extended to rated firms, institutions,
and government agencies. Non-rated firms may
apply for open accounts status by submitting
appropriate trade and financial references.
COD, MasterCard,
Visa, American Express Corporate Card. Open
account terms are net 30 unless otherwise
noted on invoices. Service charges are applied
on all unpaid balances past 30 days.
In addition to
confirming catalog price schedules we welcome
requests for quotation on products and quantities
not listed in our catalog. Blanket order proposals
and other special bids are also encouraged.
Where
applicable federal, state, and local taxes
will be applies.
Since
we do not control the use or application of
the products we sell, there are no express
warranties extended beyond the descriptions
contained herein. We are not responsible for
any consequential or indirect damages resulting
from the application and use of these products.
Since we only distribute products manufactured
by others, we expressly limit our liability
to any guarantees extended by the manufacturer,
which guarantees we pass through to the customer.
